Frequently asked questions about pricing
- How does SME differ from Mid-market?
- SME covers one industry pack — you choose the industry that carries your core business. Mid-market opens all packs, adds SSO and role-based permissions, and separates multiple entities or clients from one another. The usual trigger to move is not the number of users but the moment a second regulated entity or a second industry is added.
- When do I need a custom quote instead of Enterprise?
- Enterprise is the full feature set at the published price — including for providers placing AI systems on the market. A quote makes sense when the scope falls outside that frame: many group entities, a large portfolio of AI systems, agreed response times, or a procurement process with its own contract and AVV review. The trigger is scope, not company size.
- Is there a minimum term?
- Cancellable monthly. Annual payment is possible and is discussed during onboarding.
- What happens if the legal position changes?
- Regulatory updates are included in every plan. If the EU AI Act, the KI-MIG or a BaFin interpretation changes, the platform updates — at no extra cost and without static checklists.
