Daniella Esi Darlington

Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder

Daniella holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Ghana (2016–2020) and a Certificate in Software Entrepreneurship from MEST Africa (2022), with certifications in AI Governance (2024) and Google Cloud Generative AI Leadership. She co-founded Copianto AI, a conversational AI platform that secured €100,000 from Shark Tank Malta and acquired over 5,000 users in its first year. A researcher at the Center for AI & Digital Policy and Youth Advisory Board Member for the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) at the UN, she was recognized in StArfrica’s "Top 10 Faces Changing Africa" campaign.

Dominic Fui Dodzi-Nusenu

Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder

Dominic holds a B.Sc. in Geological Engineering from KNUST (2005–2009) and a Certificate in Software Entrepreneurship from MEST Africa (2012–2014). With 15+ years in software engineering, he served as Technical Lead at Enscript Solutions Ghana, building systems for the finance industry and capital markets. He founded Vestracker (logistics platform, international expansion via Chile grant), co-founded Mentlo.com, and as CTO of Crypttransact developed cryptocurrency and financial services infrastructure. He also leads Tech At Scale Ltd and built the SoupMarkets brokerage ERP.

Karyn Ewurakua Sawyerr

Chief Legal Officer & Co-Founder

Karyn holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Ghana (2016–2020) and a Professional Legal Course from the Ghana School of Law (2020–2022), qualifying her as a Member of the Ghana Bar Association. She previously served as an Associate at Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah, one of Ghana's leading corporate law firms, where she advised multinational clients including Samsung Electronics, Johnson & Johnson, and Innovations for Poverty Action on corporate transactions, data protection, telecommunications licensing, and fintech regulation. She specializes in technology law, data privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property, and EU AI Act & GDPR compliance.
