Daniella Esi Darlington

Chief Executive Officer

Daniella holds a Certificate in Software Entrepreneurship from MEST (2022) and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Ghana (2016-2020), with recent certification in AI Governance (2024). She previously co-founded Copianto AI, a conversational AI agent, where as CEO, she led go-to-market strategies and successfully acquired over 5,000 users in the first year. An International AI Speaker and Youth Advisory Board Member for the International Telecommunication Union at the UN, she was also recognized in StArfrica’s "Top 10 Faces Changing Africa" campaign.

Dominic Fui Dodzi-Nusenu

Chief Technology Officer & IT

Dominic holds a Certificate in Software Entrepreneurship from MEST (2012-2014) and a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from KNUST (2005-2009). He founded Vestracker, a logistics company, securing a grant from Chile that facilitated international expansion. As CTO of Crypttransact, he developed a cryptocurrency platform and financial services solutions. His experience includes leading the development of Soup Market ERP and providing quality control for Mettaxis, a key communication portal in the pension fund market.

Karyn Ewurakua Sawyerr

Chief Operations Officer & CLO

Karyn completed a Professional Legal Course at the Ghana School of Law (2020-2022) and holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Ghana (2016-2020), qualifying her as a Member of The Ghana Bar Association. She previously served as an Associate Lawyer at a leading law firm, focusing on regulatory compliance support for multinational tech companies and assisting in licensing for telecommunication, IT, and FinTech entities in Ghana. She is an expert lawyer with relevant experience spanning technology, data privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property, and business incorporation.
